Bookings

• Pay by bank transfer and upload the screenshot at checkout.
• Your booking is confirmed once we verify the payment. If no payment arrives, we cancel it.
• No cancellations or refunds.
• One swap per booking, up to 24 hours before it starts.
• Coaching camp sessions can't be swapped.

What we store

Your name, mobile number and payment screenshots. For accounts, also your email. If a swap costs less, the account details you give for the refund.

Why

To confirm bookings, check payments and contact you on WhatsApp about your booking. Your email is only used to verify your account and reset your password.

Who sees it

Only our booking office. We don't sell or share your details.
